“Drinking on the job” is scary but actually happens. Many people use their lunch break to have few drinks and blow off some steam midday. For alcoholics, drinking at work may involve bottles hidden in a desk drawer. They are unable to wait for lunch time, like social problem drinkers, before having a fix.
