About Janet Nicholas, MA, LPC, LCDC

Janet Nicholas LPC LCDC EAP is a licensed professional counselor, licensed chemical dependency counselor and equine assisted psychotherapist. She has been in the counseling profession since 1989. Janet also is a treatment consultant and assists patients and families determine when and if their loved one needs treatment and where to find the best treatment options through a specific evaluation process. Janet is married to her wonderful husband Scott, for 33 years. He assists her in the equine-based business through counseling, equine assisted learning, and corporate team buildings. Scott and Janet have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Janet has a “regular” office in The Woodlands, Texas and a “grassy” and “sandy” office (a.k.a. arena) in Magnolia, Texas for her equine practice.
