Sherry Schlenke - has a Master's of Education degree in Special Education/Learning Disabilities. Sherry has worked as a tutor, a classroom teacher, and as a learning specialist. She is experienced in working with students with attention and learning difficulties and is trained to evaluate diagnostic data and implement a plan to meet the needs of students. At Randoph-Makin College in Ashland Virginia Sherry worked as a academic advisor, tutor, liaison to the faculty, disability services coordinator and mentor for the students with learning difficulties. With her private tutoring clients. I focus on the weak areas as outlined by the teachers and parents, and tries to help students develop organizational and study strategies so that they can experience success in all subjects. She is able to teach students from all grades. Sherry is available to tutor, conduct workshops and make presentations to home school groups.
